This program contains two types of date advisor functions. What you see
from within this menu is the MANUAL advisor.
The AUTOMATIC advisor, on the other hand, works in background and only
shows when you are about to exit the system - if and only if an important
date is coming up.
The automatic date advisor can not only retrieve relevant comments for the
particular person, but it can also interpret them. This means that the
computer "talks" back to you.
For example, say you make a birthday note "I must remember Susan's
birthday. I promised her a teddy bear when we went on holiday last
year...". Instead of bringing back the same message, the program will say
to you: "YOU must remember Susan's birthday. YOU promised her a teddy bear
when YOU went on holiday last year..."
For comments retrievals to work you must, however, mention the person's
name somewhere in your text. In the previous example, if you placed the
birth date next to the name "Susan" then you must mention the word "Susan"
somewhere in the comment. The computer checks this. If it finds the same
name it assumes that the comment may be worth retrieving for you.
